We were in town for a school concert for our granddaughter and decided to stop on our way home. So glad we did! The tomato bisque was perfect for a cold rainy night as an appetizer. We ordered the brisket and ratatouille for our entrees. The food was delicious and the portions were substantial, ended up taking leftovers home. The atmosphere is sophisticated and comfortable. Mike our server was attentive and enjoyable! Will definitely go back.

The atmosphere is fabulous, and the food was amazing. Ordered pan seared scallops for our appetizer and ribeye steaks for our main course. We were too full for dessert but I would imagine it's delicious based off our other food. 10/10

Had a surprise engagement dinner for my daughter on 5/3/2025. Party of 12. Mike was our waiter and he was fabulous. He was very attentive and gave us some menu highlights. We had 2 people with food allergies and he took the time to review their orders with the chef. Food was incredible. Everyone loved their meals. Highly recommend this restaurant!

WOW. My expectations were blown away. My blood orange margarita and short rib Wellington were phenomenal. Our waiter Mike provided the best service I have ever had at a restaurant— he was kind, knowledgeable, funny, and so personable.

We had an amazing dinner at Cork and Cap. The Short Rib Wellington was cooked perfectly tender, the flavors melded so well with the whipped potatoes and it was piping hot. We also had the autumn salad which was dressed well and the soup of the day. Our server Doni was very attentive and knowledgeable on the dishes and easy to talk to. We will be back!

Cork & Cap is always a solid option for elevated comfort food. The table ordered hush puppies, which are typically not my go to option, but they were incredible and the Sriracha sauce they come with really solidified that they were the best I’ve ever had. We also decided to start the night with the crab dip, and I couldn’t stop eating it! The dip was extremely creamy and full of crab, I would 100% recommend giving this a try. For my entrée I ordered the Short Rib Beef Wellington and again was sent into a comfort coma. The short rib melted in my mouth while the potatoes made my tastebuds sing. Finally for dessert the table picked at a crème brûlée which we all noticed had a thicker crust than what we were expecting but it was still really good but the custard was certainly not the best I’ve ever had.

Our experience was fantastic at this restaurant! Doug was an amazing waiter. He got us everything we needed and was full of life! Can't wait to come back here next time we visit! Food was A1. Cooked the way we asked and the staff even got us a last minute reservation when we had nowhere to go. Go here for a great dinner experience! Thanks Doug and the whole Staff.

This restaurant is worth every bit of time and every dollar you spend here. My husband and I are foodies. We have been to Italy twice, Hawaii three times, Alaska, the whole East Coast from Maine to Florida, Texas, Arizona, we have eaten at a lot of places and actually judged our vacations by the food. We live here in Lancaster. For quite some time we have been looking for a restaurant that's not only upscale but actually has good food. Some restaurants here in Lancaster County are good...some very good ...but sometimes...we wanted great gourmet food and wonderful atmosphere. We have found one or the other but not both...until now. I can't say enough about this restaurant. It was fabulous. My husband had the beef short rib wellington which he said was better that Gordon Ramsey's...which we both have had. I had the Salmon which was absolutely fantastic! We both had delicious espresso martinis and we both had the crab and corn bisque which was superb. The waitress was wonderful, the food server was great and courteous. The atmosphere is very special and just relaxing enough. My only ',complaint' But in this case will NOT take away my 5 rating was the hostess. She never smiled, never even asked how many in our party...my husband just had to go up to her and tell her. The person who took us to our table was nice and courteous which saved the hostess. When we left...the hostess again said nothing. My husband told her to have a nice night because he's a nice person. Again...the other person DID tell us thank you. I would definitely have a training session with that hostess. But...everything else was so wonderful, I just won't deduct for the bad hostess. Great job, Cork and Cap...this was a fantastic experience. We will be back!
